For everyone who is following if it fits your macros (IIFYM) diet, we created this fast food diet plan. It is not a classic diet plan, because we wrote it to prove that calorie deficit can work even when eating fast food. It shows that is possible eating out without ruin your diet. Also, we want to prevent fear of the food. There is no food that is bad or negative because moderation is the key.
We do not recommend to eat only in fast food restaurants, due to the fact those food includes a lot of saturated fat and tons of sodium. Consuming it on a daily basis can cause a lack of vitamins and minerals, as same as fiber.

How does it look to eat in McDonald’s and still not ruin your fat loss goals? There is plenty of food you can choose to fit your macronutritional needs.
You can always choose grilled meat instead of sauteed, eat side salad next to the burger or avoid additional sauces. Also, it is better to limit sugary foods, because it is rich in calories and sugar and at the same time poor in nutrients your body needs.
