McDonald’s diet menu: meal plan example
McDonald’s diet plan is not an ordinary meal plan. It is created to prove that calorie deficit works even with fast-food. Fast food can fit in your diet but it is not recommended to follow this diet for too long. It is useful to know that it can go well if you are following IIFYM dieting, but be aware it is rich in sodium and saturated fats. Also, fast-food can cause a lack of vitamins and minerals.

Dinner: Premium southwestern salad with grilled chicken
